The residence is designed on a rocky site, adapts to the ground and develops on three levels. The ground level is a platform where the entrance and all service areas are located and the other two levels are suspended on top like a white box, oriented towards the ocean.

All three levels connect with an outdoor sculptural staircase, in a deep yellow color, that unfolds from the street level to the first and second floor. At the first floor and within this suspended white box there is a living room, dining room and kitchen and at the second floor all bedrooms with private bathrooms. Multiple skylights are filling with natural light the bedrooms.

The white cube is facing the water, creating covered verandas and an outdoor courtyard with a swimming pool at the first floor. The two sides of the white cube are transparent and can be removed in order to create an outdoor-indoor experience. In this way the living areas extend to the outdoors and connect visually with nature.
