Sense of unity

After a devastating fire completely destroyed KRITI TV, reconstruction and upgrades began, transforming the station with modern functionality and a bold new aesthetic.

Design Philosophy

The design aimed to fully accommodate employees’ needs while fostering collaboration, innovation, and productivity. At the same time, it sought to highlight the station’s identity by creatively and harmoniously integrating its unique features into the space. Every detail has been carefully considered to shape the experience of both visitors and employees, from the entrance to the work areas. The creation of a pleasant and functional environment enhances efficiency, uplifts morale, and strengthens a sense of unity and teamwork. This project marks a renaissance for KRITI TV, redefining its workspace and laying the foundation for a new era of production and communication.

Functional Organization

The building’s exterior captivates with its architectural grandeur and lush green entrance, offering a warm sense of hospitality from the very first approach. Inside, every space is thoughtfully designed to balance functionality and aesthetics, ensuring optimal support for the station’s team. Meeting rooms, relaxation areas, and workspaces are strategically arranged to foster collaboration, communication, and productivity while enhancing employee well-being.

Material Palette

The space embraces an industrial aesthetic, characterized by clean lines, metallic structures, and natural materials, creating a modern yet refined atmosphere. Earthy elements like wood and metal blend seamlessly with striking metalwork and a carefully curated color palette inspired by the local culture and environment. Custom-made wooden structures and furniture add warmth and sophistication, while the thoughtful lighting design enhances both functionality and the space’s inviting energy.

Practica | Learning Centre in Patra

Contemporary identity

The project focuses on renovating and redefining a 400m² former school building, now home to the Practica Learning Centre. Blending architectural sensitivity with modern functionality, the redesign enhances both the space’s usability and the center’s new corporate identity.

Corporate Identity

The company’s logo is redesigned, accompanied by a refreshed visual communication strategy applied both internally and externally. To enhance the training experience and assist visitors, comprehensive signage was installed throughout the building, clearly indicating the purpose of each space. These signs, along with other graphic elements, seamlessly integrate with the building’s aesthetics, ensuring a cohesive and professional image.

Spatial Layout

The building is structured across two levels, organized in a T-shaped footprint. The ground floor seamlessly connects to a redesigned 130m² courtyard, aimed at restoring its natural character and enhancing functionality. This new outdoor space blends aesthetics with practicality, offering an elegant and functional area for breaks and educational gatherings. Additionally, greenery is reintroduced, featuring six beds of aromatic plants and trees inspired by the local flora. A pergola, along with monolithic tables and benches, is also installed, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for users.

Existing Building

The building’s outer shell remains largely intact, preserving its architectural identity. However, selective structural modifications enhance both functionality and aesthetic coherence. The volumes have been distinguished to emphasize the building’s core and reception area, while additional decorative elements have been incorporated into the façades for a more refined finish. The chosen color palette aligns with the new corporate identity, embodying a dynamic and contemporary vision.
