There, hotel owners, industry professionals, investment firms, architects, construction experts, and digital specialists will meet with 500 top-market exhibitors, shaping the most dynamic community in Greek tourism. It’s a place where significant deals are made, and where new trends, innovative ideas, and applications are showcased, serving as tools for the demanding tourism sector’s healthy growth.
Xenia will also host the 11th General Assembly of the Hotel Chamber of Greece. In this prestigious event, with the presence of hundreds of representatives from the tourism industry throughout Greece, the trends for the hotel sector will be unveiled. Furthermore, it will provide an overview of the year and highlight the significant issues concerning hoteliers.

Additionally, experts in the field will present all the latest digital tools and marketing trends for the tourism industry. Topics such as up-selling techniques, distribution channels, artificial intelligence, and the new possibilities offered to modern hoteliers, experience design, price parity, proper content production for social media, and other digital channels will be discussed.
As part of the exhibition, two special actions will be presented:
-ONEliving project: Given the constantly evolving and upgraded level of the offered hospitality experience, the architecture team of Costas Gagos Architecture & Design will present, for the first time, a groundbreaking concept within 380m² in the construction sector of Xenia in Hall 2. It’s a unique, prefabricated, stackable, portable building with a modern minimal appearance. It stands out for its impressive design, the alternation of materials, and atmospheric lighting combined with its functionality, equipped with the most intelligent space management systems. The entire concept will be complemented by a comprehensive landscape design, offering a unique experience to visitors.
-The Red Spot Stage: What are the technological advancements in hospitality? What is experience-driven design? What are the trends in construction and decoration? Architects, civil engineers, lighting designers will provide answers to these questions in the workshops of “The Red Spot stage” in Hall 2 and present case studies of resorts, boutique, and city hotels. During the speeches, the most significant design trends will be highlighted, focusing on matters related to renovation, energy conservation, soundproofing, landscaping, lighting design, and branding for modern hotel units.
