The 4th issue of the annual bilingual publication Condo Buildings focuses on contemporary apartment buildings and residential complexes in Greece and Cyprus. This thematic edition aims to systematically highlight the most noteworthy residential projects each year, tracing their evolution through new spatial arrangements and updated construction methodologies.
The fourth volume presents 14 recently completed residential buildings, along with brief introductions to ten additional projects currently under development. The works span a wide range of scales and typological approaches, from mixed-use developments to smaller units, with a common focus on the pursuit of innovation and sustainability in the contemporary urban environment.

The annual bilingual edition Condo Buildings by ek magazine is dedicated to new-generation apartment buildings from Greece and Cyprus. The typology of apartment buildings continues to evolve, enriching its potential through new spatial arrangements and innovative construction techniques. The goal of this thematic publication is to annually document the most compelling examples of contemporary apartment buildings, thus creating an archive of emerging standards in collective housing.

The third volume presents 14 recently completed examples of new-generation residential complexes, alongside brief presentations of 10 additional projects currently under construction. The featured projects span various scales and typologies—from residential towers to lower-height developments—but share a common emphasis on innovation and sustainability within the contemporary urban environment.

The new, bilingual, annual Condo Buildings by ek Architectural Publications, is dedicated to new-generation, multistory apartment buildings in Greece and Cyprus. The polykatoikia apartment building typology, which overwhelmed the urban landscape during the 20th century, continues to evolve, now subverting several of its defining features. The aim of this theme publication is to document the most interesting examples of contemporary apartment buildings on an annual basis, creating an archive of the new models of collective living.

The first volume includes 15 recently complete case studies of new-generation apartment buildings, together with short presentations of another 9 projects under construction. The volume further includes a very interesting retrospective essay by the architect Panos Tsakopoulos, on the evolution of the Athenian post-war apartment building, which highlights the models and inventions of each decade, from the 1950ies until 2010, through specific examples.
