Modernistic approach in Voula

The building is placed on a double faceted 900m² site, located close by to the centre of the suburb of Voula and the beach. The building block consists of 4 separate two-storey residences of total size 162m² to 324m². Two of them occupy the ground and first level, having a pool and a private garden, while the other two are split on second and third floors taking advantage of the breathtaking view towards the sea. The external shape of the building is defined by clear volumes and the use of contemporary materials, while glass balustrades do not interrupt the stunning view.

  The high aesthetic result of the residences is achieved through the use of modern forms and materials. Special attention has been paid to the sunlight, blooming the interior through the wide span openings.
