Located south of Mexico City, in the quarter of Lomas Quebradas, Carrizal is a project developing eight private residences on the same site.
The master plan provides access to the homes through a common main axis. Looking to move away from the scheme of sealed-off, private housing, the social part and garden of each house is worked with a lattice that allows transparency from side to side of the property. As a result, a sense of openness is established between two solids and long views permeate the project.
The program of the houses develops public activities on the ground floor, with connection to the private garden, and private spaces on 1st level, such as bedrooms and TV room; the last level is a terrace.
