H.2 Residence

The apartment building block is located next to the golf court in Glyfada and It compromises of three apartments 250m² each. In general the building is designed to comply to principles of energy efficiency, through careful planning of orientation, materiality and apertures. On the exterior site of the building an aithrium with the use of skylights, results in the reduced need of air-conditioning units, especially during summer months. Floor heating runs throughout the residencies and environmental – friendly VRV air-conditioning units are used for additional cooling. The project’s aim was to create a highly luxurious atmosphere, in which design and material character are the fundamental focal points.
