On a plot of 12380.44 m2, in front of a landscape full of olive trees, illy KAFEA SA, decided to build its brand new headquarters with offices of total space near 2500.70 m2. The building design aimed to respond to three basic issues: -Its implementation to the natural landscape-olive grove. -Its environmental efficiency and its energy consumption, so that under the targets of residential development and preservation of landscape, to ensure the best possible living conditions for its users, minimizing the “carbon footprint”. -The satisfaction of high aesthetics, regarding the ratio and its synthesis of volumes, the elevations and its visible sections in general, imposed by the internationally renowned for its products illy company.
