The total surface of the edifice spans 548,10m² on 916m² of land, it is located in one of Attika’s privileged areas, Kifisia. The building’s floor plan was a simple π (pi) shape, where its interior glass structure links all areas, across all rooms and through both levels. The residence’s introversion was a conscious choice. To this end, there is a transition from the large stone wall at the front into large glass surfaces at the back. At the back, the garden is organised and designed as an outdoor converse composition of the interior spaces. Wood was applied to the exterior of the small loft constructed of light materials. The home’s entrance is characterized by the rectangular wooden pergola that creates an area that feels protected from the street and prepares the visitor for the transition into the main building.
