Xenia 2023: The Red Spot Stage
Metropolitan Expo, November 25-27

The Red Spot Stage, located in Hall 2 during Xenia 2023, will host prominent Greek architects, civil engineers, lighting designers, and hoteliers. They will delve into selected case studies of hotel projects, primarily focusing on resorts, boutiques, and city hotels, elucidating the challenges encountered from the initial concept to their final implementation.
The impressive architectural design of the stage is orchestrated by Rena Sakellaridou and her architectural firm, RS SPARCH. The thematic content curation and event coordination are entrusted to ek magazine, boasting years of experience in architecture, construction, and design.
The presentations are organized into specific sections:

Creating Synergies (25-26/11): These sessions consist of independent case studies dedicated to recently completed hotel projects. Each panel features the project’s architect along with collaborating researchers, such as lighting and landscape designers, constructors, and/or hotel owners/managers.
Design & Business Planning (27/11): Panel discussions will cover significant topics related to the operational aspects of hotels and the strategies that hotel units should follow to participate in investment programs.
