Business Lab: The next day in the Hotel and Catering industry

The current trends and best practices in key areas concerning the Hotel and Catering sectors, will be presented at the stage of the HORECA Business Lab in Hall 3. Topics such as digital marketing, social media, online booking, computerization, staff training, costing, and much more, concerning the modern entrepreneur, will be analyzed by experienced and specialized market executives.

Gastronomy Forum: Sustainable gastronomy and quality of life

A series of demonstrations, workshops, and case studies will highlight the need to connect gastronomy with traditional products and local cuisines as a tool for the promotion of the Greek tourism product.

Coffee Events: Top baristas in the battle of… coffee

For another year, HORECA exhibition will host the Panhellenic Coffee Championships: Barista, Cup Tasters and Brewers Cup, organized by SCA Greece. Talented baristas will be thrown into the “battle” of coffee to win a place at the top.

Beer & Spirits Show: It’s cocktails time at HORECA

The Beer & Spirits Show as the main event of HORECA is expected to attract the interest of many visitors. Top bartenders and market executives from Greece and abroad, will present and analyze new trends and consumer behavior in the post-covid era. At the same time, the Panhellenic Championships of Greek Cocktail, Non-Alcohol Cocktail and Classic Cocktail by the Greek Bartenders Association will be held.
