Luxury and contemporary tropical living is the main characteristic of this residential project in Phuket, Thailand, which is conceived as a five star apartment resort.
The resort consists of 34 units with spacious apartments, duplexes and penthouses, which are terraced to take advantage of the natural slope of the site. Their design places emphasis on horizontality, with clean and unified spaces, continuous openings and a predominating white colour, paying homage to the surrounding view extending over their private infinity swimming pools. Sloping up from massive slabs of granite at the shoreline, each of the ten blocks are carefully positioned with the aid of extensive computer modelling, to ensure that all residences have clear views of the Andaman Sea. On the top two floors of each block, penthouses offer unobstructed panoramic sea views.
On the water front the communal Kata Rocks club predominates, fully serviced by all the facilities of an exclusive resort, with a 35m long swimming pool. Next to it, four privileged double storey residences open onto the very rocks that give this resort its name.
