With its 12th annual publication, Villas magazine’s 2014 edition again unveils the most interesting examples of large-scale residences, at a critical time for architecture.
The works presented convey the attempt to develop Greek architecture in accordance with international trends, while maintaining a Mediterranean aesthetic. For the first time, this edition introduces two examples of residential projects from the United States. It also introduces one of the most remarkable new practices in the wider Mediterranean area, Pitsou Kedem architects, who are active in Israel. The interview with Michael Anastassiades offers the opportunity to get acquainted with the work of an important designer who has an international presence and recognition.
